Charly Alberti who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 6thth minute tested the skills of Valdis Felbergs when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Black horses's goal looked a bit too open when Dallas Dalglish came free, but Valdis Felbergs reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pedro Coelho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Swierczok in the 26th minute of the match. Black horses's Valdis Felbergs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Black horses from getting a goal against them. Charly Alberti could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Valdis Felbergs made a huge save. Pedro Coelho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Larry Houben in the 39th minute of play. In the 40th minute Black horses were awarded a corner. Andžs Redzobs went to the cornerflag to take it. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Charly Alberti was the one to do the kick off. Black horses's Valdis Felbergs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Charly Alberti in the 51st minute of play. 62 minutes into the game, Charly Alberti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Valdis Felbergs was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 73rd minute of the game Toma Chinkov made a throw-in which Atso Joenväärä played forward. A sloppy throw-in by Babhruvahana Lewandowski in the 74th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Black horses's Mpenza Setlaba. 75 minutes into the match, Black horses's Cipriano Sauveur sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Coelho narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Valdis Felbergs came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti. But to his dismay, Charly Alberti quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. Valdis Felbergs took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Charly Alberti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946's Charly Alberti in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Black horses's goalie prevented a goal. After 86 played minutes Black horses got a freekick which was hit by Bērtulis Ludbergs. A collision led to Black horses getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Atso Joenväärä hit a great ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The KS Górnik Wałbrzych 1946 fans cheered their team off the field, for while Black horses had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
