After a rather tough play, GÍ Gøta's Juliusz Kissel got a free kick in the 3rd minute. When Dobrica Maksić came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the FK ORLOVI fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dobrica Maksić couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Óli á Borg in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marin Pejaković prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Battal Seyyit Erenoz succeeded in the game's 16th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 0-1. The supporters of FK ORLOVI booed when GÍ Gøta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Símun Kruse didn't get a good kick on the ball. Usama Laden showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dobrica Maksić in the 24th minute of the match. The corner led to GÍ Gøta's Hannis Jacobsen getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 35 minutes into the match, FK ORLOVI's Nikica Cazin sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Usama Laden narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Óli á Borg cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Marin Pejaković was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dobrica Maksić to strike the kick off in the second half. Marin Pejaković took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Juliusz Kissel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 56th minute of the match GÍ Gøta got a corner. FK ORLOVI's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jerzy Maurycy ran over to the corner to take the kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Símun Kruse heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. A hard shot 64 in the game by Óli á Borg from a close distance when the talented Marin Pejaković managed to make a qualified save. FK ORLOVI's players were relieved. Usama Laden showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dobrica Maksić, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. GÍ Gøta made a substitution. Fróði Danielsen replaced Símun Kruse. Battal Seyyit Erenoz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Marin Pejaković made a huge save. The supporters of FK ORLOVI booed when GÍ Gøta was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Kissel didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to FK ORLOVI getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Dobrica Maksić hit a great ball. The GÍ Gøta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. FK ORLOVI's Marin Pejaković played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óli á Borg in the 81st minute of play. Marin Pejaković made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juliusz Kissel in the 83rd minute of play. Óli á Borg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Marin Pejaković made a huge save. Óli á Borg in the 89thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marin Pejaković, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Üzeyir Şahinhan in the 91st minute of play forced GÍ Gøta's goalkeeper Usama Laden to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. GÍ Gøta's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
