Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Toni Fabich was the one to do the kick off. Stig Verlengia made an important save on a dangerous shot by Toni Fabich in the 53rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pat Eggers in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yan Chong Sen saved Palloketut from getting behind. Liver Bird's defense didn't have a chance, in the 58th minute, when Toni Fabich scored to the left of an out of position Stig Verlengia, making the score, 1-3. Rikhard Elomo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Stig Verlengia made a huge save. Liver Bird made a substitution. Jacques La Rosa replaced Gunnar Fridli. Toni Fabichs short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Stig Verlengia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Pat Eggers took the ball and in the 82 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yan Chong Sen. Yan Chong Sen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. Liver Bird's Jonathan Lamontagne was substituted for Kryspin Raflewski. Voitto Nyrhinen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Stig Verlengia made a huge save. When Ali Ruohiainen fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Palloketut's protests and gave Ali Ruohiainen a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Palloketut's Ali Ruohiainen got a free kick in the 87th minute. 94 minutes into the match, Jonathan Lamontagne had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Yan Chong Sen. Palloketut's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonathan Lamontagne was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-3. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
