ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's attentive Ignazio Becerro managed to snatch the ball when Kaine Kirby made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Torrey Molloy took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hamed Velidović. Hamed Velidović dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. After some careless play in the ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ defense, Aban McBjarton kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hamed Velidović. The ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hamed Velidović should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rigan Frankson in the 37th minute of play forced ŦƗǤ€ŘŞ's goalkeeper Hamed Velidović to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hamed Velidović took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Torrey Molloy, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 41st minute, Aban McBjarton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hamed Velidović was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. C.J. Curie kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. After the first half 1948 MKS were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Huang Xiong made the kick off in the second half. Hamed Velidović made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigan Frankson in the 54th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind 1948 MKS's goalkeeper Ter Stegen, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 68th minute, Komjak Sangtip hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Arnold McDecland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but Hamed Velidović made a huge save. In the 73rd minute Huang Xiong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ter Stegen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hamed Velidović came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by 1948 MKS's Aban McBjarton. But to his dismay, Aban McBjarton quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. In the 77th minute, Torrey Molloy left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 1948 MKS fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-7. Torrey Molloy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Hamed Velidović came out and tried to block the shot, but Torrey Molloy slotted it home off the left post making it 0-8 in the 80th minute. Huang Xiong kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. In the 94th minute Aban McBjarton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hamed Velidović saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 1948 MKS's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
