BumboTava's Zigrīds Paupers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Theis Gerhof in the 3rd minute of play. 8 minutes into the match, Amager FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tabb Bornes came free, but Kenneth Strandsgaard reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 10 in the game by Lorenz Acarreta from a close distance when the talented Zigrīds Paupers managed to make a qualified save. BumboTava's players were relieved. Lorenz Acarreta blasted a shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zigrīds Paupers having to make a save. Zigrīds Paupers took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marvin Leerberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zigrīds Paupers made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Lorenz Acarreta sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tabb Bornes in the 17th minute of play forced Amager FC's goalkeeper Kenneth Strandsgaard to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Amager FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Elói Siqueira was slow to take the kick. During this time BumboTava's players had a chance to rest. Kenneth Strandsgaard made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tabb Bornes in the 21st minute of play. BumboTava's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elói Siqueira in the 22nd minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Jacinto Rodríguez heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 25th minute, Lorenz Acarreta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zigrīds Paupers. The goal made the score 1-0. With a little luck, BumboTava's Zigrīds Paupers got control of the ball when Lorenz Acarreta tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th match minute, Amager FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kris Boolsen to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Amager FC's zone, Elói Siqueira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kenneth Strandsgaard came out of the goal and Elói Siqueira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lorenz Acarreta got free with Zigrīds Paupers in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. BumboTava's Zigrīds Paupers proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save BumboTava from getting a goal against them. Marvin Leerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zigrīds Paupers having to interfere. In the 38th minute of the match BumboTava got a corner. Amager FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Elói Siqueira ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 40th minute of the match Laimnesis Pauks sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Kenneth Strandsgaard skillfully saved the ball. Marvin Leerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zigrīds Paupers having to interfere. Zigrīds Paupers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Theis Gerhof in the 46th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marvin Leerberg made a kick off. In the 50th minute, Laimnesis Pauks hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marvin Leerberg in the 51st minute of play forced BumboTava's goalkeeper Zigrīds Paupers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 53rd match minute, BumboTava was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tabb Bornes to maneuver through the defense. Erhard Lovelady's late challenge caught a BumboTava's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erhard Lovelady helped the player get up and apologised. Amager FC made a substitution. Ludwig Darsberg replaced Erhard Lovelady. Amager FC made a substitution. Amdi Salombo replaced Timmi Egstrand. The supporters of BumboTava booed when Amager FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erhard Lovelady didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some careless play in the BumboTava defense, Theis Gerhof kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Zigrīds Paupers. The BumboTava fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Zigrīds Paupers should have stopped the shot. If Marvin Leerberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After 86 played minutes Amager FC got a freekick which was hit by Marvin Leerberg. Tabb Bornes hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. After having played for 95 minutes, Lorenz Acarreta managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amager FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lorenz Acarreta was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. There was no doubt that Amager FC were the better team. Amager FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
