Franz Midgley's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fred Bonk read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. After 8 minutes Kjønstad BF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Carl Deaconsfield who took care of the corner kick. T H F C's Carl Deaconsfield was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Fred Bonk in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Fred Bonk made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Carl Deaconsfield sent off a good shot on target. Fred Bonk took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carl Deaconsfield, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bladi Fuster showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kjell Alsvik, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. 19 minutes into the match, T H F C's goal looked a bit too open when Kjell Alsvik came free, but Bladi Fuster reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Kjønstad BF booed when T H F C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Gillow didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fred Bonk came out and tried to block the shot, but Carl Deaconsfield slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 43rd minute. If Kjell Alsvik had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Kjønstad BF made a substitution. Raymond Engevik replaced Celso Cedro. Kjell Alsvik succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-2 in the 63rd playminute. Kjønstad BF made a substitution. Kjønstad BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Alsvik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kjell Alsvik who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 88thth minute tested the skills of Bladi Fuster when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 90th minute Franz Midgley shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fred Bonk saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
