In the 8th minute Paco Everett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Vulturar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Martyon Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricart Heredia in the 16th minute of play. Ivan Vulturar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlisle Fenwick in the 19th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's goal looked a bit too open when Carlisle Fenwick came free, but Ivan Vulturar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ivan Vulturar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Drake Sobczak in the 21st minute of the match. When ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's Ricart Heredia in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Boroondara Milan's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Boroondara Milan booed when ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juliusz Giuliani didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boroondara Milan's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricart Heredia in the 29th minute of play. Martyon Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thomas Joensson in the 31st minute of play. In the 37th minute, Drake Sobczak left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Boroondara Milan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 44th minute of the match, Yazid Nekkar got a very nice opportunity to score, but Martyon Diehl was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Thanks to some nice moves Yazid Nekkar could shoot a difficult shot in the 47th minute, which Martyon Diehl however easily saved by the left post. The ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Boroondara Milan were winning 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ricart Heredia to make the kick off. Ricart Heredia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Martyon Diehl showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yazid Nekkar, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Ivan Vulturar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paco Everett, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 65th match minute, Boroondara Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arty Shearn to maneuver through the defense. Martyon Diehl came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's Yazid Nekkar. But to his dismay, Yazid Nekkar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Martyon Diehl took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricart Heredia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 73 minutes, Ricart Heredia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricart Heredia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Boroondara Milan's Kris Pearse was substituted for Paco Everett. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yazid Nekkar in the 76th minute of play forced Boroondara Milan's goalkeeper Martyon Diehl to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Yazid Nekkar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Martyon Diehl was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Arty Shearn lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Boroondara Milan fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! In the 84th minute there was a penalty for ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ. Darío Vidania stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Martyon Diehl. 3-1. Boroondara Milan's Martyon Diehl played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yazid Nekkar in the 88th minute of play. Martyon Diehl made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricart Heredia in the 91st minute of play. 95 minutes into the game, ＤΞΣＰ░ＴΣＫ's Ricart Heredia nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Martyon Diehl made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1.
