In the 3rd minute, Adriano Ribeiro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Junior Zoff was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 6 minutes into the match, KARA ☪ KARTAL's goal looked a bit too open when Anders Westerstrand came free, but Junior Zoff reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rémy Aragon got a throw-in 15 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Edgar Ray. Safet Hands showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Macchia, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Safet Hands stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Antonio Macchia's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. In the 35th minute, Remond Oosterveld left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KARA ☪ KARTAL fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kevin Lyle during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 45th minute of the match Rémy Aragon sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Safet Hands skillfully saved the ball. With a little luck, The Obscurials's Safet Hands got control of the ball when Remond Oosterveld tried to sneak it across the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Antonio Macchia to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of KARA ☪ KARTAL booed when The Obscurials was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kevin Lyle didn't get a good kick on the ball. 52 minutes into the match, The Obscurials's goal looked a bit too open when Antonio Macchia came free, but Safet Hands reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Junior Zoff was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Adriano Ribeiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 56 minute of play. Antonio Macchia took the ball and in the 62 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Safet Hands. Safet Hands dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Safet Hands didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonio Macchia went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. The Obscurials's Cliff Rowden was substituted for Danton Keam. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Macchia in the 74th minute of play forced The Obscurials's goalkeeper Safet Hands to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, KARA ☪ KARTAL's goalkeeper Junior Zoff had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anders Westerstrand. After 77 played minutes The Obscurials got a freekick which was hit by Anders Westerstrand. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anders Westerstrand during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 79th match minute, The Obscurials was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anders Westerstrand to maneuver through the defense. Junior Zoff took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriano Ribeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 82ndth minute of the game Adriano Ribeiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KARA ☪ KARTAL's Junior Zoff was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Remond Oosterveld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Obscurials's Safet Hands played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Remond Oosterveld in the 94th minute of play. KARA ☪ KARTAL's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
