Lázár Erdélyi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alf Brander, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. Salva Santa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Spetzenfeldth Fager in the 5th minute of play. Spetzenfeldth Fager took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Salva Santa. Salva Santa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Salva Santa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Spetzenfeldth Fager, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the game, Vitório da Rocha threw the ball into play from the sideline. Se7e's La Fuente quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Lázár Erdélyi stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alf Brander's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Carlinhos de Brito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute Jean Ramos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Salva Santa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Chico de Brito managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's supporters rose to their feet, but Chico de Brito was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lázár Erdélyi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet as Se7e's Spetzenfeldth Fager slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Salva Santa. That made the score 2-0 after 26 minutes of play. In the 29th minute Douglas Ferreira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázár Erdélyi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Spetzenfeldth Fager in the 30th minute of play forced Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalkeeper Salva Santa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vitório da Rocha hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. With an all-out effort, Se7e's Salva Santa threw himself towards the right post 35 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Spetzenfeldth Fager, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Spetzenfeldth Fager's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Salva Santa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 37th minute of play. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's goalkeeper Salva Santa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.

The wind increased when Alf Brander made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Se7e's Spetzenfeldth Fager sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Salva Santa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 55th minute, Jean Ramos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 60 minutes into the game, Se7e's Spetzenfeldth Fager nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Salva Santa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Se7e's Vello Pontarelli was substituted for Mathias Pimenta. 65 minutes into the match, Luciano Trigo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salva Santa. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Luciano Trigo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Se7e's Isaak Bar David was substituted for Cristiano Vasconcelos. Salva Santa didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Luciano Trigo went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score. Cleytec de Nilópolis RJ's Adam Kopacz was substituted for Artur Santos. After having played for 86 minutes, Luciano Trigo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Se7e's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luciano Trigo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jean Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Salva Santa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luciano Trigo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Se7e's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
