In the 12th minute, Kaspar Aasmaa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Maurinho Tróia in the 14th minute of play forced Voyager Soccer Team's goalkeeper Waldemar Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Voyager Soccer Team's Waldemar Quintal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Forsberg in the 16th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Emil Belu got free with Benê Goiano in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emil Forsberg took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Waldemar Quintal. Waldemar Quintal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 25 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's goal looked a bit too open when Alfred Owsiak came free, but Benê Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Voyager Soccer Team's Dênis Marques slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benê Goiano. That made the score 1-1 after 28 minutes of play. Alun Harmon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Benê Goiano made a huge save. 20 DE SETEMBRO's Benê Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Marques in the 33rd minute of play. Dênis Marques could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Benê Goiano made a huge save. Benê Goiano was a little too slow when Dênis Marques got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 2-1. Dênis Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Benê Goiano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emil Forsberg struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Waldemar Quintal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for 20 DE SETEMBRO. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alfred Owsiak was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute Dênis Marques shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benê Goiano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Waldemar Quintal made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Maurinho Tróia sent off a good shot on target. A hard shot 57 in the game by Maurinho Tróia from a close distance when the talented Waldemar Quintal managed to make a qualified save. Voyager Soccer Team's players were relieved. Benê Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Marques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 20 DE SETEMBRO's Benê Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Marques in the 60th minute of play. Benê Goiano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Marques in the 62nd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, 20 DE SETEMBRO's goal looked a bit too open when Emil Belu came free, but Benê Goiano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 65 minutes of play, Voyager Soccer Team's Emil Belu made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benê Goiano was left in no man's land by his defense there! Voyager Soccer Team's Jerzy Dropinski was substituted for Alun Harmon. Waldemar Quintal made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Maurinho Tróia sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to 20 DE SETEMBRO getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. In the 89th minute, Voyager Soccer Team's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kaspar Aasmaa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 20 DE SETEMBRO's Benê Goiano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emil Belu in the 90th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Voyager Soccer Team's zone, Emil Forsberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Waldemar Quintal came out of the goal and Emil Forsberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Voyager Soccer Team's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
