Spectators: 142 (Terracing: 107, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Raúl Radaban got the match started through his kick off. Rafael Viana made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ion Zbârlea in the 3rd minute. In the 4th minute, C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Ion Zbârlea dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 7 minutes into the game, Ion Zbârlea cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Rafael Viana was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ladislao Eguen hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Serafino Rodas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Turan Ufki, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. With a little luck, Polonium AC's Rafael Viana got control of the ball when Ion Zbârlea tried to sneak it across the goal line. 19 minutes into the match, Ion Zbârlea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafael Viana. Polonium AC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ion Zbârlea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. After 21 played minutes C.A. BOCA JUNIORS got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Eguen. Rafael Viana came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Ion Zbârlea. But to his dismay, Ion Zbârlea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After 31 played minutes Polonium AC got a freekick which was hit by Pablo Xabier. 35 minutes into the match, Polonium AC's goalkeeper Rafael Viana had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ion Zbârlea. Raúl Radaban sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when C.A. BOCA JUNIORS's Raúl Radaban in the 37th minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Rafael Viana was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Polonium AC through an amazing save. If Ion Zbârlea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ion Zbârlea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Rafael Viana tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 minutes, Raúl Radaban mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A. BOCA JUNIORS and the Polonium AC players grew even worse after the yellow card.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Turan Ufki to make the kick off. Ion Zbârlea might have been able to make a better finish in the 53rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rafael Viana. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ion Zbârlea ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 54th minute, Epifanio Lizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Zbârlea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Viana having to interfere. In the 63rd minute, Cipriano Castel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ion Zbârlea hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Cipriano Castel made in the 68th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Ísak Jóngeirsson. Ion Zbârlea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Viana having to make a save. In the 75th minute, Raúl Radaban ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Polonium AC's Rafael Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raúl Radaban in the 80th minute of play. Virgilio Ostadar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Serafino Rodas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Prospero Xacintu hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. After having played for 90 minutes, Ísak Jóngeirsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Polonium AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ísak Jóngeirsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some careless play in the Polonium AC defense, Ion Zbârlea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Viana. The Polonium AC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Viana should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the C.A. BOCA JUNIORS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
