MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Velez Sarsfield the free kick. Augusto Cordario blasted a shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vinicio Uzuri having to make a save. Vinicio Uzuri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Augusto Cordario in the 19th minute of the match. Velez Sarsfield's Erwin Huygens played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albano Eladio in the 22nd minute of play. Vinicio Uzuri took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augusto Cordario, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Augusto Cordario managed to get in a good position for a shot. Velez Sarsfield's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Cordario was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Vinicio Uzuri breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Vinicio Uzuri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Cordario in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Velez Sarsfield's Augusto Cordario sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vinicio Uzuri narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 38th match minute, MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luis Cordarryl to maneuver through the defense. MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's Vinicio Uzuri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Cordario in the 42nd minute of play. Velez Sarsfield's attentive Gaston Ávila managed to snatch the ball when Ruperto Vela made a throw-in in the 47th minute of the game. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Albano Eladio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 61 played minutes MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22 got a freekick which was hit by Ruperto Vela. Ruperto Vela made in the 72nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Aleksandër Cabrera immediately put the ball in play. In the 73rd minute, Augusto Cordario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Velez Sarsfield's Javier Pinola was substituted for Filomeno Montrell. Velez Sarsfield's Leandro Berti was substituted for Ignacio Berenguer. Velez Sarsfield's Gaston Ávila quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Ruperto Vela, made in the 79th minute of the game. When Aleksandër Cabrera fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's protests and gave Aleksandër Cabrera a yellow card for diving instead. Gaston Ávila hit a great ball. 91 minutes into the match, MDP ES TRICOLOR Q22's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Cordario came free, but Vinicio Uzuri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
