Francisc Ozon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Erling Gentenaar in the 21st minute of play. Yupandú FC's attentive Cayetano Fernado managed to snatch the ball when Aurelio Errolan made a throw-in in the 25th minute of the game. In the 28th minute of the match, Domingos Salomone got a very nice opportunity to score, but Francisc Ozon was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Francisc Ozon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Hauche in the 30th minute of play. Nicanor Aragones hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. Wandy Petera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Francisc Ozon made a huge save. In the 37th minute, Erling Gentenaar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Maní FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Yupandú FC's Francisc Ozon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 39th minute of play. Pascual Pitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gwidon Michalski in the 41st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alcides Berardo during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Maní FC getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Alcides Berardo hit a great ball. Yupandú FC's Francisc Ozon proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 45th minute of the match, managed to save Yupandú FC from getting a goal against them. In the 46th minute Nemesio Cordaryal shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascual Pitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gabriel Hauche made a kick off. Alcides Berardo hit a great freekick 50 minutes into the match. In the 51st minute of the match Eloy Betadur shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pascual Pitin showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Francisc Ozon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erling Gentenaar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Maní FC's Pascual Pitin got control of the ball when Gwidon Michalski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Erling Gentenaar took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Francisc Ozon. Francisc Ozon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Dieguinho Cruz scored 3-1 in the 69th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Francisc Ozon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Hauche in the 74th minute of play forced Yupandú FC's goalkeeper Francisc Ozon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yupandú FC's Francisc Ozon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieguinho Cruz in the 77th minute of play. After 89 minutes of play, Maní FC's Wandy Petera made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Francisc Ozon was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience thought a goal was coming when Delmiro Frutos got free with Pascual Pitin in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
