In the 19th minute, Alfredo Toro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25thth minute of the game Edmundo Vinhas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Ildefonso Bartolome was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Manga I made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ladislao Truylos in the 26th minute. Ildefonso Bartolome showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benicio Bernad, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. After 28 played minutes TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 got a freekick which was hit by Ladislao Truylos. 29 minutes into the game, Edgardo Raymond was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Messi Dream Team the free kick. The penalty shot was made by Ramon Amor, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Ildefonso Bartolome. 0-1. Ildefonso Bartolome took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Vinhas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benicio Bernad to make the kick off. Anselmo Oton took the ball and in the 55 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Manga I. Manga I dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. In the 58th minute Anselmo Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manga I saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Anselmo Oton in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manga I prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute, Teodosio Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd minute Anselmo Oton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manga I saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th match minute, Messi Dream Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Argoitz to maneuver through the defense. With his leg Ildefonso Bartolome managed to avoid a goal in the 77thth minute, when Messi Dream Team's Edmundo Vinhas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Manga I made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Truylos in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1's Tiburcio Beltxe got a free kick in the 79th minute. Manga I took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anselmo Oton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Edmundo Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute, Anselmo Oton ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Manga I was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. If Benicio Bernad had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Messi Dream Team! TOYOTA Panasonic RacingF1 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
