When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Arif Oğuz Semdin made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luciano Sarmento got free with Cássio Dionísio in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Independente AC's Hermínio Figueiredo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Valentin Boström, made in the 58th minute of the game. The Independente AC fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Independente AC's Kamber Aktaş looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Camillo Sciarretta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Independente AC made a substitution. Sebastiaan Dijkman replaced Camillo Sciarretta. In the 69th minute of the match Jacinto Veiga sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cássio Dionísio skillfully saved the ball. Cássio Dionísio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arif Oğuz Semdin, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arif Oğuz Semdin in the 88th minute of play forced Independente AC's goalkeeper Cássio Dionísio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, AS Pikachuzim's Luciano Sarmento sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cássio Dionísio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Independente AC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
