Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Sílvio Luiz Quirino got the match started through his kick off. Zézinho Simões took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elói Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 7th minute, Inácio Freitas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MarquinhosEC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luiz Quirino in the 12th minute of play forced MarquinhosEC's goalkeeper Zézinho Simões to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 31st minute of the match, Inácio Freitas got a very nice opportunity to score, but Simão Cunha was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post.
