After 4 played minutes FC Valea Lotrului got a freekick which was hit by Marius Ficsinescu. With an all-out effort, Gzpn Timisoara's kaya Akkanoğlu threw himself towards the right post 5 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Sabin Tatomir, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Ionică Martinaș kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabin Tatomir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving kaya Akkanoğlu. That made the score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Gzpn Timisoara's Augustin Bălăiță played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ionică Martinaș in the 21st minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Gzpn Timisoara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sabin Tatomir to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Sabin Tatomir kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving kaya Akkanoğlu. That made the score 2-0 in the 28 minute of play. Mavrudi Chapalov hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. In the 36thth minute of the game Sabin Tatomir who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Valea Lotrului's kaya Akkanoğlu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. kaya Akkanoğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Beniamin Gongola in the 41st minute of play. kaya Akkanoğlu was a little too slow when Beniamin Gongola got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 3-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Sabin Tatomir made the kick off in the second half. kaya Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Gongola, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. kaya Akkanoğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Beniamin Gongola in the 58th minute of the match. FC Valea Lotrului's kaya Akkanoğlu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sabin Tatomir in the 64th minute of play. Augustin Bălăiță showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ionică Martinaș in the 65th minute of the match. Marius Ficsinescu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Augustin Bălăiță read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 69th minute of play. kaya Akkanoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Beniamin Gongola, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ionică Martinaș got free with Augustin Bălăiță in the 93rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee ended the match the Gzpn Timisoara players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
