The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. PP Plessydask's Lu Sheng Peng quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Sixten Norberg, made in the 2nd minute of the game. Jan Abrahamsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudolf Nordstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fulham Broadway FC were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after PP Plessydask's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sixten Norberg took the corner. In the game's 9th minute Fulham Broadway FC's Sixten Norberg took a hard shot from long distance, a kick which went into the net just to the right of Jan Abrahamsson and thus the score was 0-1. If Robbie Rullhøj had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jan Abrahamsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Unesson in the 16th minute of play. Rudolf Bergqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, PP Plessydask's Robbie Rullhøj got a free kick in the 18th minute. When PP Plessydask's Robbie Rullhøj in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Fulham Broadway FC's goalie prevented a goal. The supporters of Fulham Broadway FC booed when PP Plessydask was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Sheng Peng didn't get a good kick on the ball. 22 minutes into the match, PP Plessydask's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Edvin Unesson came free, but Jan Abrahamsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Börje Blomqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Robbie Rullhøj in the 24th minute of the match. Jan Abrahamsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sven-Edvin Unesson, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Börje Blomqvist made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Holger Hvidegaard sent off a good shot on target. In the 33rd minute PP Plessydask were awarded a corner. Holger Hvidegaard went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Holger Hvidegaard got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Börje Blomqvist quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Börje Blomqvist stood somewhat misplaced when Robbie Rullhøj came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 37 minute. After a rather tough play, Fulham Broadway FC's Sixten Norberg got a free kick in the 47th minute. PP Plessydask's Cederique Goffeyn was substituted for Holger Hvidegaard. After 48 played minutes Fulham Broadway FC got a freekick which was hit by Sixten Norberg. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rudolf Nordstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rudolf Nordstedt in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jan Abrahamsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Johnny Ahlstedt hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sven-Edvin Unesson got free with Jan Abrahamsson in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Sven-Edvin Unesson in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jan Abrahamsson saved PP Plessydask from getting behind. Rudolf Nordstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jan Abrahamsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jan Abrahamsson made a fantastic save in the 68th minute, when Sven-Edvin Unesson sent off a good shot on target. In the 69th minute, Lu Sheng Peng hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Sven-Edvin Unesson came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Fulham Broadway FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Edvin Unesson couldn't finish the play. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Jan Abrahamsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hjalmar Haegg took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Börje Blomqvist. Börje Blomqvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. In the 79th minute Palle Pottenstein shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börje Blomqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aaron Lustig kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd minute, Sven-Edvin Unesson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Sven-Edvin Unesson's late challenge caught a PP Plessydask's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sven-Edvin Unesson helped the player get up and apologised. Sven-Edvin Unesson kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. Jan Abrahamsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Edvin Unesson in the 89th minute of the match. Börje Blomqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Palle Pottenstein, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, PP Plessydask's goalkeeper Jan Abrahamsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sven-Edvin Unesson.
