Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arias Coz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Veniamin Evaggelliadis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Mingo Camporredondo made a huge save. 19 minutes into the match, Res Non Verba's goal looked a bit too open when Roberto Santander came free, but Mingo Camporredondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Real de Carmelo 2021 FC were awarded a corner in the 20th minute after Res Non Verba's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Veniamin Evaggelliadis took the corner. Stefan Banaszak might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mingo Camporredondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Stefan Banaszak ran back to his position shaking his head. Mingo Camporredondo made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Roberto Santander sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Real de Carmelo 2021 FC's Stefan Banaszak slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Mingo Camporredondo. That made the score 2-1 after 43 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When Arias Coz came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Real de Carmelo 2021 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arias Coz couldn't finish the play. Res Non Verba's Mingo Camporredondo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Santander in the 70th minute of play.
