After 13 played minutes Navalito got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Parra. 20 minutes into the match, Real Juniors's goal looked a bit too open when Tata Elias came free, but Christian Carballo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Navalito were awarded a corner in the 25th minute after Real Juniors's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Tata Elias took the corner. Ahmet Efe Suheyl's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Soriano Espiñeira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicanor Parra got free with Christian Carballo in the 40th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Yonko Tarchev took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Soriano Espiñeira.
