If Joris Scheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 8 minutes in the game Ali Nejat Atay did a throw-in, and the ball was quickly in game thanks to Ulvi Gencal. In the 10th minute of the game Tayyab Naci made a throw-in which Gürsel Aksel played forward. Joris Scheer might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Franco Armani. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joris Scheer ran back to his position shaking his head. Franco Armani made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Joris Scheer sent off a good shot on target. Basmane Texas's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Ulvi Gencal scored to the left of an out of position Franco Armani, making the score, 1-0. If Joris Scheer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 18 minutes into the match, AYYILDIZ's goal looked a bit too open when Ubaldo Ritchie came free, but Sabri Erdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Basmane Texas's Ubaldo Ritchie nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sabri Erdoğan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After having played for 22 minutes, Gürsel Aksel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Basmane Texas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gürsel Aksel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. AYYILDIZ's Sabri Erdoğan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gürsel Aksel in the 40th minute of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

In the 65th minute, Ulvi Gencal left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AYYILDIZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. In the 72nd minute the ball was on its way in behind AYYILDIZ's goalkeeper Sabri Erdoğan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 73 minutes AYYILDIZ's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Berk Hasberg who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Berk Hasberg got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sabri Erdoğan quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Franco Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulvi Gencal, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. AYYILDIZ made a substitution. Antonio Romino replaced Wolf Speed. Ali Nejat Atay made in the 82nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Ulvi Gencal however managed to control. 83 minutes into the match, Basmane Texas's goal looked a bit too open when Joris Scheer came free, but Franco Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 84th minute of the match AYYILDIZ got a corner. Basmane Texas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ulvi Gencal ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on AYYILDIZ's corner Ulvi Gencal fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Franco Armani quite easily take care of the ball. The audience was convinced that Antonio Romino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Franco Armani was relentless in the 89th minute of the game. In the 91st match minute, Basmane Texas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tayyab Naci to maneuver through the defense.
