The penalty shot was made by Betinho Ferreira, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez. 1-0. Valdir Pérez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Betinho Ferreira in the 9th minute of the match. A collision led to União Verde FC getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Cauã Maciel hit a great ball. União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betinho Ferreira in the 11th minute of play. Guarei FC's Betinho Ferreira was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 15th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Betinho Ferreira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdir Pérez having to interfere. In the 25thth minute of the game Betinho Ferreira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but União Verde FC's Valdir Pérez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Valdir Pérez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Betinho Ferreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 29th minute, Guarei FC's Luiz Eduardo Nunes dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. The crowd rose to their feet as Guarei FC's Betinho Ferreira slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Valdir Pérez. That made the score 4-0 after 32 minutes of play. Betinho Ferreira might have been able to make a better finish in the 37th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Valdir Pérez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Betinho Ferreira ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 40th match minute, União Verde FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cauã Maciel to maneuver through the defense. Valdir Pérez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Luiz Eduardo Nunes in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute, Patrick Vander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betinho Ferreira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 46th minute. Guarei FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance.

The wind increased when Betinho Ferreira made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Patrick Vander got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Vladimir Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 60th minute, Betinho Ferreira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdir Pérez was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. After 62 played minutes União Verde FC got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Vander. Toninho Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Valdir Pérez came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Guarei FC's Betinho Ferreira. But to his dismay, Betinho Ferreira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Guarei FC's Edgard Bezerra was substituted for Kacper Burdalski. In the 76th minute, Luís Eduardo Quadros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, Kléberson Paraíba had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valdir Pérez. União Verde FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kléberson Paraíba was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 7-0. Valdir Pérez didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Guarei FC's Betinho Ferreira shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 8-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 92nd minute, Luís Eduardo Quadros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valdir Pérez was frozen by the shot and now it was 10-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Guarei FC fully deserved thier win.
