Gustavo de Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xie Shu Tian, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. After 13 minutes of play, Pecém's Ibon Obeso made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gustavo de Godoi was left in no man's land by his defense there! Pecém's Denílson Leão played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aloísio Castro in the 22nd minute of play. Xie Shu Tian scored 0-2 in the 25th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gustavo de Godoi, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 28 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Shu Tian came free, but Gustavo de Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Xie Shu Tian was the one to do the kick off. Gustavo de Godoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xie Shu Tian in the 52nd minute of the match. Pecém's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Diderik Schenning in the 53rd minute. Denílson Leão dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Xie Shu Tian ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute Arthur Barbosa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denílson Leão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, A.D.PADRE MIGUEL's goalkeeper Gustavo de Godoi had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xie Shu Tian. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Lucio Austin managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pecém's supporters rose to their feet, but Lucio Austin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gustavo de Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The A.D.PADRE MIGUEL fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Pecém were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
