ARAUCARIA FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by José Maria de Brito in the 11th minute. After 43 minutes of play, ARAUCARIA FC's Gustavo Couto made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Axel Jansson was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The wind increased when Elano Lopes made the kick off in the second half. Karl-Axel Jansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano Lopes in the 51st minute of the match. Karl-Axel Jansson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. With a little luck, Academia Santista CIMZ's Karl-Axel Jansson got control of the ball when Elano Lopes tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the match clock showed 66 minutes, the score became 0-7 when Elano Lopes sped through Academia Santista CIMZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Karl-Axel Jansson. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuca Queiroz got free with Karl-Axel Jansson in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94th minute, ARAUCARIA FC's Elano Lopes ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Karl-Axel Jansson. Karl-Axel Jansson yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-9.
