The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrián Czornomaz got free with Sabahattin Erten in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ȓᾄvἔᾗṩ Ғ.Ƈ.'s goalkeeper Nilton Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 21 minutes into the match, United's goalkeeper Sabahattin Erten had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lisandro Mikolas. In the 22nd match minute, United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Vermudo to maneuver through the defense. Sabahattin Erten made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrián Czornomaz in the 23rd minute. In the 27th minute Lisandro Mikolas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sabahattin Erten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But to his dismay, Hernan Emmanuel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. The United supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing United would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
