Academia Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Roque Telmo ran over to the corner to take the kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

After 75 played minutes Villa La Perla got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Venceslao. Modesto Playo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but László Kutasi made a huge save. In the 79th minute Modesto Playo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but László Kutasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Academia Club's Florentino Saturnin got a free kick in the 80th minute. The supporters of Villa La Perla booed when Academia Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florentino Saturnin didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Placido Paul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but László Kutasi was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 92ndth minute of the game Placido Paul who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Academia Club's László Kutasi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
