An unexpected shot in the 24th minute by Generoso Nazario got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Generoso Nazario got free with Inocencio Ermengol in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Inocencio Ermengol made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Generoso Nazario sent off a good shot on target. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Generoso Nazario in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Inocencio Ermengol saved Dado de baja from getting behind. The supporters of Defensores de Fasano booed when Dado de baja was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justo Matxin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 played minutes Defensores de Fasano got a freekick which was hit by Gonchan Ocejo. Inocencio Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gonchan Ocejo in the 39th minute of the match. Feliciano Benvido's late challenge caught a Defensores de Fasano's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Feliciano Benvido helped the player get up and apologised. When the match had been going on for 44 minutes, Defensores de Fasano's Qin Yuan Zhen got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Inocencio Ermengol. In the 47th minute, Generoso Nazario got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Silvio Boniel made a kick off. Inocencio Ermengol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Machado in the 64th minute of the match. Generoso Nazario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Generoso Nazario ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 90th minute Gonchan Ocejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Ermengol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Defensores de Fasano's Gonchan Ocejo in 90 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot.
