In the 16th minute Eustacio Medina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Ricart saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TEMPLE F.C. were awarded a corner in the 21th minute after Reconquistense FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Acun Timuroz took the corner. Feliciano Salomon kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. After 27 played minutes, Reconquistense FC's Augusto Alfonso shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Rodolfo Ricart came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Reconquistense FC reached it. Piara Tittarelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Gonzales in the 29th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Reconquistense FC's Augusto Alfonso got a free kick in the 56th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Acun Timuroz got free with Piara Tittarelli in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Acun Timuroz in the 61st minute of play forced Reconquistense FC's goalkeeper Piara Tittarelli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rodolfo Ricart made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Medina in the 63rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baybora Argun during the 64th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 64 played minutes TEMPLE F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Baybora Argun. Lucas Seme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodolfo Ricart having to interfere. After having played for 74 minutes, Lucas Seme managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Reconquistense FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Lucas Seme was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan Ahlqvist took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rodolfo Ricart. Rodolfo Ricart dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. Jan Ahlqvist scored 5-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rodolfo Ricart, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Reconquistense FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while TEMPLE F.C. had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
