After 7 played minutes Racing Club got a freekick which was hit by Francisco Dolfo. Dario Iztal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Racing Club's Francisco Raymond proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save Racing Club from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Ubarna in the 15th minute of play forced Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalkeeper Isidoro Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th minute Antonio Ubarna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidoro Rio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucian Triboi kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Bernardino Quintin hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bello Cura in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Raymond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Francisco Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ben-Ami Ranchin in the 31st minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ben-Ami Ranchin in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Francisco Raymond prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Ben-Ami Ranchin put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Francisco Raymond. Antonio Ubarna sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gabriel Dacio struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Isidoro Rio didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Racing Club. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Flor in the 41st minute of play forced Argentinean Patriots 1816's goalkeeper Isidoro Rio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 41 minutes, Antonio Ubarna put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Isidoro Rio. Francisco Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bello Cura in the 47th minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Argentinean Patriots 1816's Octavio Frederik was substituted for Celestino Acevedo. 52 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Bello Cura came free, but Francisco Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Francisco Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ben-Ami Ranchin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Isidoro Rio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Dacio, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After some careless play in the Argentinean Patriots 1816 defense, Gabriel Dacio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Isidoro Rio. The Argentinean Patriots 1816 fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Isidoro Rio should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gualterio Daunte in the 65th minute of play forced Racing Club's goalkeeper Francisco Raymond to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Dacio in the 66th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Racing Club's goal looked a bit too open when Dario Iztal came free, but Francisco Raymond reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 75th minute, Gualterio Daunte left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Argentinean Patriots 1816 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. Isidoro Rio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Ubarna in the 79th minute of play. Argentinean Patriots 1816's Isidoro Rio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Argentinean Patriots 1816 from getting a goal against them. Francisco Raymond made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bello Cura in the 87th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Racing Club's Francisco Dolfo got a free kick in the 95th minute. Francisco Raymond took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bello Cura, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. There was no doubt that Argentinean Patriots 1816 were the better team. Argentinean Patriots 1816's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
