An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonio Orti in the 17th minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Sixto Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19th minute Antonio Orti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sixto Quinten saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute, Antonio Orti got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Baltasar Uxio could shoot a difficult shot in the 25th minute, which Sixto Quinten however easily saved by the left post. Sixto Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Antonio Orti, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. In the 28th minute, Miguel Macario made a precise shot to the right of Gabriel Tallia. Clason's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Sixto Quinten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Siro Txema in the 35th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christos Triantafyllou in the 36th minute of play forced Clason's goalkeeper Gabriel Tallia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 39th minute, Christos Triantafyllou left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Granate fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. If Osvaldo Euloxu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. Gabriel Tallia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christos Triantafyllou in the 58th minute of play. Christos Triantafyllou spun around in front of the goal 59 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Clason's goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julio Hulberto in the 61st minute of play forced Granate's goalkeeper Sixto Quinten to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Granate's Sixto Quinten played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Uxio in the 67th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Baltasar Uxio in the 67th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sixto Quinten prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Dario Arias kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Sixto Quinten showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Claris, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Antonio Orti recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Granate supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Granate would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
