In the 13th minute the ball was on its way in behind Crosmayo FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Cordarin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aytek Samin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Gierlach, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zygmunt Malik in the 18th minute of play forced Crosmayo FC's goalkeeper Alonzo Cordarin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The El Retorno de Palermo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 93rd minute Teofil Gierlach shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytek Samin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. El Retorno de Palermo's Aytek Samin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teofil Gierlach in the 95th minute of play. El Retorno de Palermo's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
