Modesto Olentzaro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Sayveon in the 7th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Cristo Lorencio in the 9th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aureliano Eron saved FF Forever from getting behind. Modesto Olentzaro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Sayveon in the 11th minute of play. After some careless play in the El Retorno de Palermo defense, Victoriano Sayveon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Olentzaro. The El Retorno de Palermo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Olentzaro should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Valiente in the 16th minute of play forced El Retorno de Palermo's goalkeeper Modesto Olentzaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 17 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Valiente came free, but Modesto Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 18 minutes into the game, Cristo Lorencio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. El Retorno de Palermo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FF Forever the free kick. A collision led to El Retorno de Palermo getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Cristo Lorencio hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Eustacio Ermano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Olentzaro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Ermano came free, but Modesto Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aureliano Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelino Bernard, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After 25 minutes FF Forever's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Aaron Cebo who took care of the corner kick. Cristo Lorencio was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. After 27 minutes of play, FF Forever's Victoriano Sayveon made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Modesto Olentzaro was left in no man's land by his defense there! El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoriano Sayveon in the 30th minute of play. Modesto Olentzaro came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by FF Forever's Victoriano Sayveon. But to his dismay, Victoriano Sayveon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Modesto Olentzaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amancio Valiente, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 38 minutes, Victoriano Sayveon made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Aureliano Eron made an important save on a dangerous shot by Angelino Bernard in the 41st minute. El Retorno de Palermo's Modesto Olentzaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustacio Ermano in the 44th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eustacio Ermano made a kick off. The audience was convinced that Angelino Bernard's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aureliano Eron was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Victoriano Sayveon took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Modesto Olentzaro to make any attempt to save it. The supporters of FF Forever booed when El Retorno de Palermo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Walme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Victoriano Sayveon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Modesto Olentzaro made a huge save. 64 minutes into the match, El Retorno de Palermo's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Elsvor came free, but Modesto Olentzaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Aldo Fernanco managed to get in a good position for a shot. El Retorno de Palermo's supporters rose to their feet, but Aldo Fernanco was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aureliano Eron breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ernesto Claude kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Cristo Lorencio struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Aureliano Eron didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for El Retorno de Palermo. A collision led to FF Forever getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Filomeno Salamon hit a great ball. After 81 played minutes, El Retorno de Palermo's Aaron Cebo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Aureliano Eron came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in El Retorno de Palermo reached it. Victoriano Sayveon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 83rd minute of the match, but Modesto Olentzaro made a huge save.
