If Patricio Bartolome had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patricio Bartolome in the 10th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck İnanç Akasoy prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A nice corner shot did that Cido Araújo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this İnanç Akasoy quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 14th minute Luca Rădoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Simpro booed when Alpachiri AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Soin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 25 played minutes Alpachiri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Bartolome. Ladislao Savier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. İnanç Akasoy tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eduardo Karmel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necat Özgunes, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. 38 minutes into the match, Simpro's goal looked a bit too open when Luisito Abad came free, but İnanç Akasoy reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisito Abad in the 41st minute of play forced Simpro's goalkeeper İnanç Akasoy to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 42 played minutes Alpachiri AFC got a freekick which was hit by Celso Jon. Patricio Bartolome's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but İnanç Akasoy read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luisito Abad to strike the kick off in the second half. Necat Özgunes hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. Rogelio Lohitzun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66th minute Necat Özgunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eduardo Karmel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luca Rădoi's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eduardo Karmel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. Luca Rădoi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Eduardo Karmel made a huge save. Alpachiri AFC's Santiago Txilar was substituted for Luisito Abad. In the 80th minute of the match Simpro got a corner. Alpachiri AFC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Necat Özgunes ran over to the corner to take the kick. If Şamil Axundov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 87th minute, Jaime Abechuco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduardo Karmel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Şamil Axundov in the 90th minute of play. In the 96th match minute, Alpachiri AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Elequemedo to maneuver through the defense. Despite being the better team, Alpachiri AFC failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
