Fausto Gauargi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cosme Sugar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the match, Toti Iglesias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Bastian. Carboncito's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Toti Iglesias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 16th minute, Ismael Guillelmus left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jarana FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Danilo Gentza hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. Isidoro Cordarryl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Fausto Gauargi made a huge save. Zeledon Hermon kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After having played for 25 minutes, Leandro Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Carboncito's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Peio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Jarana FC booed when Carboncito was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Poz didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Jarana FC getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Isaac Beremundo hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tomi Akad to strike the kick off in the second half. Vergaray Largacha took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 57th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Javier Bastian. Carboncito's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Isaac Beremundo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. In the 64th minute, Isaac Beremundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 65 minutes, Leandro Peio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isidoro Cordarryl in the 78th minute of play forced Jarana FC's goalkeeper Fausto Gauargi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80th minute, Ulises Dalmai ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Javier Bastian was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. Tomi Akad could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Javier Bastian made a huge save. A collision led to Carboncito getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Severiano Henric hit a great ball. Danilo Gentza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Bastian having to interfere. In the 96th minute Danilo Gentza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Javier Bastian saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jarana FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Carboncito's much stronger midfield.
