Vintilă Bordeanu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 10thth minute tested the skills of Frank Lauria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Iustin Coporan in the 12th minute of play forced -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. -BZF- Viper eSports's attentive Nechifor Mironescu managed to snatch the ball when Zachariasz Charamut made a throw-in in the 13th minute of the game. Niculae Podgoreanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Frank Lauria made a huge save. After a rather tough play, -BZF- Viper eSports's Edgar Chelbea got a free kick in the 16th minute. In the 18th minute Iustin Coporan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silviu Lung saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Champions Iasi's Irinel Aldea got a free kick in the 19th minute. -BZF- Viper eSports's Eugen Stegaru shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 20th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Frank Lauria but with some difficulty. In the 22nd minute of the match Champions Iasi got a corner. -BZF- Viper eSports's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Iustin Coporan ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 23rd minute, Vasile Mumuleanu made a precise shot to the right of Silviu Lung. -BZF- Viper eSports's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Silviu Lung stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Róbert Pál-Szabó's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. After 32 minutes, Dan Chirilă mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the -BZF- Viper eSports and the Champions Iasi players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 32nd match minute, -BZF- Viper eSports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dan Chirilă to maneuver through the defense. Fritz Bergström's late challenge caught a -BZF- Viper eSports's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fritz Bergström helped the player get up and apologised. In the 36th minute, Fritz Bergström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frank Lauria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dan Chirilă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 38 minutes had been played when some careless play by Champions Iasi's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Eugen Stegaru was slow to take the kick. During this time -BZF- Viper eSports's players had a chance to rest. Silviu Lung took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Róbert Pál-Szabó, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 42nd match minute, Champions Iasi was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fritz Bergström to maneuver through the defense. When Eugen Stegaru came up free with the goalie in the 48th minute, the -BZF- Viper eSports fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eugen Stegaru couldn't finish the play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eugen Stegaru stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goal looked a bit too open when Iustin Coporan came free, but Silviu Lung reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dan Chirilă received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Frank Lauria tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 60 minutes into the match, -BZF- Viper eSports's goalkeeper Silviu Lung had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Iustin Coporan. In the 61st minute Champions Iasi were awarded a corner. Iustin Coporan went to the cornerflag to take it. 64 minutes into the match, Niculae Podgoreanu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Frank Lauria. Champions Iasi's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Niculae Podgoreanu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. 71 minutes into the match, Champions Iasi's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Chirilă came free, but Frank Lauria reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. -BZF- Viper eSports's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Eugen Stegaru in the 72nd minute. The corner led -BZF- Viper eSports's Eugen Stegaru to fire away a dangerous shot which Frank Lauria despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Iustin Coporan got free with Silviu Lung in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Vasile Mumuleanu might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Silviu Lung. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Vasile Mumuleanu ran back to his position shaking his head. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for -BZF- Viper eSports! -BZF- Viper eSports:s Silviu Lung showed great skill when he stopped Iustin Coporan:s penalty. In the 85th match minute, -BZF- Viper eSports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vintilă Bordeanu to maneuver through the defense. In the 86th minute of the match Iustin Coporan shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silviu Lung showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 87th minute Champions Iasi were awarded a corner. Iustin Coporan went to the cornerflag to take it. Champions Iasi's Frank Lauria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xander-Paul De Coster in the 91st minute of play. The audience was convinced that Xander-Paul De Coster's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frank Lauria was relentless in the 94th minute of the game. In the 97th minute, Róbert Pál-Szabó ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Silviu Lung was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. The Champions Iasi players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
