Spectators: 174 (Terracing: 131, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ralph Koopmans took the kick off in the first half of the match. Remy Van Eyken took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bastiaan Carel. Bastiaan Carel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Bastiaan Carel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remy Van Eyken, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. In the 10th minute, Marc Van Beets got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Conrad Vrolijcx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Bastiaan Carel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 14 minutes into the game, Remy Van Eyken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Bastiaan Carel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Heineken Youths's Steve Heikens got a free kick in the 16th minute. Fabian Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ralph Koopmans, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Remy Van Eyken in the 21st minute of play forced Heineken Youths's goalkeeper Bastiaan Carel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 23 minutes, Remy Van Eyken managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Haithabu FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Remy Van Eyken was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 27th minute, Remy Van Eyken left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Haithabu FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. In the 31st minute, Remy Van Eyken ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Bastiaan Carel was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-4. The supporters of Heineken Youths booed when Haithabu FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Martínez Quarta didn't get a good kick on the ball. Remy Van Eyken took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bastiaan Carel. Bastiaan Carel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. The audience was convinced that Remy Van Eyken's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bastiaan Carel was relentless in the 41st minute of the game. Bastiaan Carel came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by Haithabu FC's Remy Van Eyken. But to his dismay, Remy Van Eyken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Remy Van Eyken fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bastiaan Carel having to interfere. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-6.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Remy Van Eyken to strike the kick off in the second half. Bastiaan Carel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Remy Van Eyken, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. With a little luck, Heineken Youths's Bastiaan Carel got control of the ball when Remy Van Eyken tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 57th minute the ball was on its way in behind Heineken Youths's goalkeeper Bastiaan Carel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 59 minutes had been played when some careless play by Heineken Youths's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Conrad Vrolijcx was slow to take the kick. During this time Haithabu FC's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Haithabu FC's corner Sylwester Sobania fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bastiaan Carel quite easily take care of the ball. Steve Heikens kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. 66 minutes into the match, Remy Van Eyken notched a goal, 0-8, to the right of Heineken Youths's Bastiaan Carel. Bastiaan Carel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 71 minutes into the game, Rigoberto Piearres cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-9. Bastiaan Carel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 74th minute Rigoberto Piearres shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bastiaan Carel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the game, Haithabu FC's Rigoberto Piearres nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Bastiaan Carel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-10. The audience was convinced that Rigoberto Piearres's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bastiaan Carel was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 84 played minutes Heineken Youths got a freekick which was hit by Ralph Koopmans. Haithabu FC made a substitution. Gervasio Albonico replaced Kurt Slaghmeulders. The supporters of Haithabu FC booed when Heineken Youths was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ralph Koopmans didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 88th minute of the game. One of Heineken Youths:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Haithabu FC:s goal. Rigoberto Piearres shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. Bastiaan Carel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Piearres in the 91st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Heineken Youths's zone, Conrad Vrolijcx stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bastiaan Carel came out of the goal and Conrad Vrolijcx tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 98 minutes of play, Haithabu FC's Rigoberto Piearres made it 0-12 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Bastiaan Carel was left in no man's land by his defense there! Haithabu FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
