Joep Ponk did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Sele Spalt 9 minutes into the match. Joep Ponk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 19th minute, Nick Heesen reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sele Spalt. The goal made the score 4-0. After 22 minutes, Joep Ponk made it 5-0 with a short kick to the right side. FC Triesen's Sele Spalt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Joep Ponk was extremely unlucky when he, in the 28th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 29 minutes into the match, FC Triesen's goalkeeper Sele Spalt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nick Heesen.
