When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Diego Sánchez took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Pieter Hosson to make any attempt to save it. 19 minutes into the game, Revenge's Ritchie Granville nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerwin Broerse made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. In the 27th match minute, Revenge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Peter Otten to maneuver through the defense. Sheep United's Henrik Kilström was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 28th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. Pieter Hosson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alvaro Errando in the 40th minute. Pieter Hosson made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Alvaro Errando sent off a good shot on target. Henrik Kilström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pieter Hosson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. After 45 minutes Revenge's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Diego Sánchez who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Sheep United's corner Diego Sánchez fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pieter Hosson quite easily take care of the ball. 48 minutes into the match, Revenge's goalkeeper Pieter Hosson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by José Antonio Parra. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 5-1.

Sheep United made a substitution. Jakob Lundin replaced Alvaro Errando. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jakob Lundin to strike the kick off in the second half. Pieter Hosson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Antonio Parra in the 58th minute of the match. Pieter Hosson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Sheep United's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
