Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eric Oosters started the match with the kick off. 7 minutes into the match, Deadly Force United's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Boegaerts came free, but Robbin Van Leemputte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robbin Van Leemputte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manu Lauwers in the 8th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Deadly Force United's Jo Peeters got a free kick in the 12th minute. 13 minutes into the match, Deadly Force United's goal looked a bit too open when Stefan Boegaerts came free, but Robbin Van Leemputte reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 15 minutes had been played when some careless play by Deadly Force United's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Steve Van Linthaut was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Rising Stars's players had a chance to rest. Deadly Force United's Robbin Van Leemputte played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stefan Boegaerts in the 18th minute of play. In the 19th minute, Remy Stas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Deadly Force United's Rudy Weygaerts got a free kick in the 20th minute. The FC Rising Stars fans' excitement grew in the 22nd match minute when FC Rising Stars's Stefan Boegaerts looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Robbin Van Leemputte stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Stefan Boegaerts's shot from short distance in the 25th minute. Ignace Himschoot made an important save on a dangerous shot by Alessandro Ceci in the 26th minute. In the 27thth minute of the game Stefan Boegaerts who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Deadly Force United's Robbin Van Leemputte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Eric Oosters kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Ignace Himschoot. That made the score 1-1 in the 32 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Manu Lauwers managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Rising Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Manu Lauwers was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robbin Van Leemputte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stefan Boegaerts received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Robbin Van Leemputte tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Deadly Force United's Ignace Himschoot threw himself towards the right post 42 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Alessandro Ceci, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stefan Boegaerts in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Robbin Van Leemputte prevented the ball from getting in the gole.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stefan Boegaerts to strike the kick off in the second half. Robbin Van Leemputte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manu Lauwers in the 51st minute of the match. After 53 minutes Deadly Force United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Steve Van Linthaut who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Stefan Boegaerts heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. After some fancy dribbling in the 62nd minute, Remy Stas managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Rising Stars's supporters rose to their feet, but Remy Stas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Robbin Van Leemputte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Ignace Himschoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Ceci in the 68th minute of the match. Ignace Himschoot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alessandro Ceci's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 71st minute, Stefan Boegaerts left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Rising Stars fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eric Oosters in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Rising Stars's goalkeeper Ignace Himschoot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Stefan Boegaerts dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Robbin Van Leemputte, 1-5. FC Rising Stars made a substitution. Sam Decorte replaced Stefan Boegaerts. 89 minutes into the match, Deadly Force United's goalkeeper Robbin Van Leemputte had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sam Decorte. After 91 minutes of play, Deadly Force United's Anier Tristan made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ignace Himschoot was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ignace Himschoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alessandro Ceci, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of FC Rising Stars booed when Deadly Force United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Weygaerts didn't get a good kick on the ball. FC Rising Stars's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
