In the 13th minute of the match, Prospero Florin got a very nice opportunity to score, but Tomé Montenegro was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Prospero Florin kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tomé Montenegro. That made the score 1-1 in the 13 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Waldemar Gdowski in the 23rd minute of play forced ASD Real Molinella 1911's goalkeeper Tomé Montenegro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 26 played minutes Broom of the System DA13 got a freekick which was hit by Alvise Miconi. If Waldemar Gdowski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Waldemar Gdowski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tomé Montenegro was relentless in the 36th minute of the game. In the 40th minute the ball was on its way in behind Broom of the System DA13's goalkeeper Comunardo Caretti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the game, Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Comunardo Caretti was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Waldemar Gdowski might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomé Montenegro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Waldemar Gdowski ran back to his position shaking his head.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amerigo Firmani was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Didi Toffanin got a free kick in the 60th minute. ASD Real Molinella 1911's Renato Chaves was substituted for Tsinamdzghvrishvili Højlund. After 61 played minutes ASD Real Molinella 1911 got a freekick which was hit by Didi Toffanin. Prospero Florin hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 65 minutes into the match, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Renato Chaves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Comunardo Caretti narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Broom of the System DA13's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Renato Chaves was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-3. After a rather tough play, ASD Real Molinella 1911's Alex Pasin got a free kick in the 91st minute. The Broom of the System DA13 manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing ASD Real Molinella 1911 to win.
