Xzavier Besteiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Parque Arrau FC. Parque Arrau FC's Ján Oblak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucio Bernabe in the 8th minute of play. A hard shot 12 in the game by Grzegorz Fabiszak from a close distance when the talented Xzavier Besteiro managed to make a qualified save. Azulgranas's players were relieved. A collision led to Azulgranas getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Anastasio Caicedo hit a great ball. Xzavier Besteiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vasco Cuevas in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Grzegorz Fabiszak in the 21st minute of play forced Azulgranas's goalkeeper Xzavier Besteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute of the match Parque Arrau FC got a corner. Azulgranas's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Vasco Cuevas ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 33rd minute Grzegorz Fabiszak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Besteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Azulgranas's Lucio Bernabe in the 35th minute got a chance for a shot 35th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Parque Arrau FC's goalie prevented a goal. With an all-out effort, Parque Arrau FC's Xzavier Besteiro threw himself towards the right post 38 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Grzegorz Fabiszak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Grzegorz Fabiszak might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Xzavier Besteiro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Grzegorz Fabiszak ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 45th match minute, Azulgranas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jama Valverde to maneuver through the defense. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Xzavier Besteiro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Grzegorz Fabiszak, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Alfonso Bastidas in the 54th minute of play forced Azulgranas's goalkeeper Xzavier Besteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Parque Arrau FC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Bruno Opazo hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucio Bernabe in the 59th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ján Oblak prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Xzavier Besteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Grzegorz Fabiszak in the 60th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Juan Alfonso Bastidas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Besteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucio Bernabe in the 72nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ján Oblak saved Parque Arrau FC from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Grzegorz Fabiszak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xzavier Besteiro was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. Parque Arrau FC made a substitution. Efraín Moyano replaced Grzegorz Fabiszak. Parque Arrau FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lander Alejo in the 81st minute of play forced Azulgranas's goalkeeper Xzavier Besteiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 82nd minute Lander Alejo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzavier Besteiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Parque Arrau FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Vasco Cuevas in the 86th minute. Parque Arrau FC's Vasco Cuevas was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Xzavier Besteiro in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Azulgranas's Xzavier Besteiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Efraín Moyano in the 89th minute of play. Xzavier Besteiro came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Parque Arrau FC's Efraín Moyano. But to his dismay, Efraín Moyano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Xzavier Besteiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Efraín Moyano in the 95th minute of the match. There was no doubt that Parque Arrau FC were the better team. Parque Arrau FC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
