Jaunti Requenes made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zuzen Arroniz in the 6th minute. In the 8th minute, Cai Bellmunt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Xzaiver Lorenzo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 17th minute, La Fusiion's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Kojiro Schneider fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Xzaiver Lorenzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Bellmunt in the 18th minute of play. Jaunti Requenes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kojiro Schneider, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When La Fusiion's Cai Bellmunt in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalie prevented a goal. Xzaiver Lorenzo came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by La Fusiion's Cai Bellmunt. But to his dismay, Cai Bellmunt quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Jaunti Requenes was out of position in the 27 minute of play, and Kojiro Schneider capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Kojiro Schneider really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cai Bellmunt in the 30th minute of play forced Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's goalkeeper Xzaiver Lorenzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jaunti Requenes came out of the goal in the 31st minute to try and stop a shot by Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Zuzen Arroniz. But to his dismay, Zuzen Arroniz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Bahiano Puntones fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Xzaiver Lorenzo having to interfere. In the 39th minute Cai Bellmunt shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xzaiver Lorenzo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xzaiver Lorenzo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bahiano Puntones, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 47th of the match, Zuzen Arroniz tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Jaunti Requenes got in the way and made a wonderful save. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zuzen Arroniz to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute the ball was on its way in behind La Fusiion's goalkeeper Jaunti Requenes, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Bahiano Puntones kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Xzaiver Lorenzo. That made the score 2-3 in the 54 minute of play. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's Xzaiver Lorenzo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 58th minute of the match, managed to save Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato from getting a goal against them. Bixintxo Pereña charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bixintxo Pereña the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Jaunti Requenes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 王桑辰 in the 72nd minute of play. Xzaiver Lorenzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cai Bellmunt in the 73rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zuzen Arroniz in the 75th minute of play forced La Fusiion's goalkeeper Jaunti Requenes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, La Fusiion's Cai Bellmunt got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes had been played when some careless play by La Fusiion's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Samaniego Cadimo was slow to take the kick. During this time Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's players had a chance to rest. After having played for 89 minutes, 王桑辰 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lechero«ISTDG» Ambato's supporters crossed their fingers, but 王桑辰 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zuzen Arroniz in the 92nd minute of play forced La Fusiion's goalkeeper Jaunti Requenes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 95 minutes into the match, La Fusiion's goal looked a bit too open when Zuzen Arroniz came free, but Jaunti Requenes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 97thth minute of the game Zuzen Arroniz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Fusiion's Jaunti Requenes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The La Fusiion players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
