Pardina's Mugur Tăbăcaru played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Barros Schelloto in the 6th minute of play. Vintilă Ştiubei sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gheorghe Buta might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Mugur Tăbăcaru. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gheorghe Buta ran back to his position shaking his head. 23 minutes into the match, Pardina's goal looked a bit too open when Gheorghe Buta came free, but Mugur Tăbăcaru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th match minute, F.C.DrobetA-Știința- was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hernan Evangelista to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Pardina's Matei Mortu got a free kick in the 30th minute. Gheorghe Buta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The F.C.DrobetA-Știința- fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when F.C.DrobetA-Știința-'s Matias Barros Schelloto looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Gheorghe Buta scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mugur Tăbăcaru, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 38 played minutes Pardina got a freekick which was hit by Petrică Scutaru. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gheorghe Buta in the 40th minute of play forced Pardina's goalkeeper Mugur Tăbăcaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pardina's zone, Albert Enache stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mugur Tăbăcaru came out of the goal and Albert Enache tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

In the 52nd minute, Gheorghe Buta reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Mugur Tăbăcaru. The goal made the score 0-4. 60 minutes into the game, Robert Stoica was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pardina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave F.C.DrobetA-Știința- the free kick. In the 60th minute, Robert Stoica hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pardina's Vintilă Ştiubei got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alex Ababei made in the 72nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Vintilă Ştiubei however managed to control. The supporters of F.C.DrobetA-Știința- booed when Pardina was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Văduvescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 86 minutes, Alex Ababei mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pardina and the F.C.DrobetA-Știința- players grew even worse after the yellow card. Alex Ababei kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Matei Mortu was shown his second yellow card after 90 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 91 played minutes Pardina got a freekick which was hit by Matei Mortu. With a little luck, Pardina's Mugur Tăbăcaru got control of the ball when Gheorghe Buta tried to sneak it across the goal line. Matias Barros Schelloto kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
