Onyx's Zdzislaw Domarecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lázaro Berdoi in the 65th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lázaro Berdoi in the 82nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Zdzislaw Domarecki saved Onyx from getting behind. 84 minutes into the game, Onyx's Jurand Jaraczeski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Mauricio Guillelmus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. When the match clock showed 89 minutes, the score became 2-3 when Lázaro Berdoi sped through Onyx's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zdzislaw Domarecki. Zdzislaw Domarecki stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Lázaro Berdoi's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. With an all-out effort, Leones Futbol Club's Zdzislaw Domarecki threw himself towards the right post 93 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Lázaro Berdoi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Leones Futbol Club played a much better game than Onyx and deserved their victory. The Onyx players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
