It was a well-played corner which Wawrzyniec Karp managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. ZIELONE LUDKI's Edgar Dres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save ZIELONE LUDKI from getting a goal against them. In the 17th minute of the match, Nistor Sârban got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edgar Dres was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. ZIELONE LUDKI's Edgar Dres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonello Messias in the 19th minute of play. 22 minutes into the match, ZIELONE LUDKI's goal looked a bit too open when Leonello Messias came free, but Edgar Dres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nistor Sârban could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Edgar Dres made a huge save. With an all-out effort, Rega Merida CF's Edgar Dres threw himself towards the right post 25 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Leonello Messias, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nistor Sârban to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cornelius Baxter in the 57th minute of play forced Rega Merida CF's goalkeeper Edmund Kojder to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Antoni Fikus in the 90th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Edmund Kojder saved Rega Merida CF from getting behind. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Karol Swiderski sped through ZIELONE LUDKI's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Edgar Dres. In the 95th minute Karol Swiderski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edgar Dres saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. ZIELONE LUDKI succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Rega Merida CF had controlled the match.
