Nistor Sârban started the match with the kick off. Boruc Furgal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dominik Wincek, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Rega Merida CF's Yaroslav Svitlychnyi got a free kick in the 7th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dominik Wincek during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Kania Gostyń booed when Rega Merida CF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dominik Wincek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kania Gostyń's Boruc Furgal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wasyl Dziurowicz in the 24th minute of play. After 27 played minutes Kania Gostyń got a freekick which was hit by Mateo Rampa. 34 minutes into the match, Nistor Sârban notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Kania Gostyń's Boruc Furgal. Boruc Furgal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adam Wnukowski hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Edmund Kojder showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wiktor Falkiewicz in the 42nd minute of the match. Bartosz Loncki got a throw-in 44 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Nistor Sârban. After having played for 45 minutes, Nistor Sârban managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rega Merida CF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nistor Sârban was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wiktor Falkiewicz was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wasyl Dziurowicz in the 55th minute of play forced Kania Gostyń's goalkeeper Boruc Furgal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Nistor Sârban managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rega Merida CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Nistor Sârban was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Boruc Furgal breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Rega Merida CF's Janusz Tyszka was substituted for Filcho Dzhagarov. Kania Gostyń's Alfred Lech was substituted for Patryk Popowicz. Rega Merida CF's Karol Swiderski was substituted for Cemal Palabıyık. Boruc Furgal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonello Messias in the 69th minute of the match. Edmund Kojder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Konstanty Domalik in the 72nd minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonello Messias got free with Boruc Furgal in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rega Merida CF's Dominik Wincek quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Norbert Kostka, made in the 75th minute of the game. 91 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kania Gostyń's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Karol Swiderski was slow to take the kick. During this time Rega Merida CF's players had a chance to rest. Rega Merida CF were awarded a corner in the 95th minute after Kania Gostyń's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karol Swiderski took the corner. Leonello Messias was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Rega Merida CF's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
