João Vítor Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá Prestes, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. Abutres 2003 FDP's Caio da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xande Chaves in the 6th minute of play. Caio da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Santos in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Abutres 2003 FDP's goal looked a bit too open when Antônio Santos came free, but Caio da Costa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Antônio Santos struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Caio da Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙. After a rather tough play, Abutres 2003 FDP's José Paulo Furlan got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Antônio Santos took the ball and in the 23 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Caio da Costa. Caio da Costa dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 26th minute Alan Mendonça shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but João Vítor Arósio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes into the game, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙'s Antônio Santos nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Caio da Costa made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Antônio Santos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Caio da Costa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Santos in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35th minute, Antônio Santos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ulysses Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio da Costa having to interfere. In the 46th match minute, ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ove Ahlström to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Dênis Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ove Ahlström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio da Costa having to interfere. With a little luck, Abutres 2003 FDP's Caio da Costa got control of the ball when Antônio Santos tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Abutres 2003 FDP getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Luiz Paulo Meirelles hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Santos in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abutres 2003 FDP's Caio da Costa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antônio Santos in the 75th minute of play. Antônio Santos in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Caio da Costa, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Antônio Santos succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-4 in the 82nd playminute. ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ made a substitution. Celsinho Capixaba replaced Erivaldo Sena. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Santos in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Caio da Costa prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match was over ♙Fluminense Campéon 23♙ could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Abutres 2003 FDP throughout the match.
