The coaching staff of Monte Hermoso Beach protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Abel Pasqualini had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 6 minutes into the game, one of Monte Hermoso Beach:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 7 minutes into the game, Amboy FC's Modesto Eufrasio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jonatan Enekoitz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 10th minute, Modesto Eufrasio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonatan Enekoitz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After a rather tough play, Monte Hermoso Beach's Nicolas Pereyra got a free kick in the 19th minute. The audience was convinced that Albano Cambranes's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Severiano Santo was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. Jonatan Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Eufrasio, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Severiano Santo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albano Cambranes in the 31st minute of play. Damian Napier hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Amboy FC's Severino Orlondon got a free kick in the 36th minute. After having played for 45 minutes, Manuel Oto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amboy FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manuel Oto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 46th minute, Florentino Gil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Monte Hermoso Beach's Saturnino Musko was substituted for Damian Napier. Monte Hermoso Beach made a substitution. Erubiel Bilintx replaced Anastasio Enol. Florentino Gil kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The Monte Hermoso Beach players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Amboy FC were winning 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Cambranes was the one to do the kick off. Jonatan Enekoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Modesto Eufrasio, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dalmacio Javiar during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 55th match minute, Amboy FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dalmacio Javiar to maneuver through the defense. Modesto Eufrasio's late challenge caught a Monte Hermoso Beach's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Modesto Eufrasio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th minute, Modesto Eufrasio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gaspar Milio charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gaspar Milio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Severiano Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albano Cambranes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when Monte Hermoso Beach was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albano Cambranes didn't get a good kick on the ball. But to his dismay, Maximo Lico quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Severino Orlondon during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 86th minute, Albano Cambranes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severiano Santo was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. A collision led to Monte Hermoso Beach getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Nicolas Pereyra hit a great ball. Nicolas Pereyra kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. Americo Xabat charged in rather forcefully in the 99th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Americo Xabat the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Amboy FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
