Mateo Michael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Florentino Orixe's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. Mateo Michael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucjan Sowa, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Rigoberto Olentzaro kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. After 18 played minutes, Dunamis's Xie Yue Hao shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mateo Michael came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dunamis reached it. After 21 minutes of play, Dunamis's Lucjan Sowa made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateo Michael was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 27th minute Isaias Hanni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateo Michael saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mateo Michael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucjan Sowa in the 29th minute of play. 29 minutes into the game, Jonathan Martxot was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mateo Michael was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tobías Astorga got free with Elar Quero in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ezequiel Fliz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lucjan Sowa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Mateo Michael made a huge save. 62 minutes into the match, Atlético Nuevo Laredo's goal looked a bit too open when Xie Yue Hao came free, but Mateo Michael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th match minute, Dunamis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Iigo to maneuver through the defense. Mateo Michael made a fantastic save in the 70th minute, when Ezequiel Fliz sent off a good shot on target.
