The penalty shot was made by Gilson Damião, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marno F.C.'s Aldo Beltxe. 2-1. Froilan Ciano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 98th minute of the match, but Pedro Paulo Vieira made a huge save.

The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Calangos do Cerrado-DF had won after a very even match.
